Pickup, Delivery & Shipping Configuration
Alpaca lets you control how and where each fulfillment method is available. Adjust settings anytime to match your store’s needs.
How to Configure
Pickup:
- Go to Settings → Pickups.
- Enable pickup for desired locations.
- Set schedules, capacity, and minimum order amounts.
Delivery:
- Go to Settings → Delivery.
- Enable local delivery for each location.
- Set up delivery rates (distance or postal code), schedules, and order limits.
Shipping:
- Go to Settings → Shipping.
- Enable shipping for selected locations.
- Create shipping rates (flat, price-based, or weight-based).
- Set up zones by country, region, or postal code.
Tips
- You can enable or disable any method at any time per location.
- All changes apply immediately to your storefront widget and checkout.
- Each method can have its own schedules, rates, and eligibility rules.
