Bulk Actions
Save time by processing multiple orders at once with Alpaca’s bulk actions.
Available bulk actions:
- Prepare Orders: Start the picking/packing workflow for several orders
- Print Packing Slips: Print documents for all selected orders (built-in or via Shopify Order Printer)
- Update Status: Change the status for a group of orders in one step
- Edit Delivery Method: Change fulfillment type or scheduled time for multiple orders
How to use:
- Use the checkboxes to select orders from the list.
- Click the bulk action you need (appears at the top of the list).
- Follow prompts to complete the action (e.g., select status, print format, or new timeslot).
When to use bulk actions:
- Batch processing at busy times
- Quickly notify customers about delays or changes
- Export data for reporting
Tip:
Some bulk actions may not be available for all statuses or fulfillment types.
