Alpaca’s storefront widget lets your customers choose how they want to receive their order—pickup, local delivery, or shipping—directly from your cart page.
What the widget does:
- Displays all fulfillment methods available based on your store’s settings and the customer’s location.
- Shows pickup locations and available timeslots, or prompts for a delivery address.
- Updates options instantly if the cart changes.
Where does it appear?
- On your cart page, or as a popup depending on your Shopify theme and Alpaca’s theme integration settings.
- You can customize its placement and appearance in Theme/Widget Customization.
Why it helps:
- Reduces confusion at checkout.
- Gives customers clear, real-time information about their options.
- Improves order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
