What Are Liquid Variables?
- Placeholders you can use in emails and SMS, like
{{ order.name }}or{{ pickup_time }}. - Automatically filled with order- or customer-specific details.
Common Variables
{{ customer.first_name }}{{ location.name }}{{ pickup_time }}/{{ delivery_time }}{{ order.order_number }}{{ fulfillment_method }}
How to Use
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Edit any template
- Insert variables from the variable list shown
- Save and preview your changes

Custom variables allow you to include extra instructions, product lists, or personalized greetings in your notifications.
