Customizing Notifications

Personalize your customer communications by editing notification templates in Alpaca.

How to Customize

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications.
  2. Click on any notification type (e.g., Pickup Confirmation, Out for Delivery).
  3. Edit the subject line and message content.
    • You can use dynamic variables (like customer name, order number, pickup time).
    • Templates support basic formatting and variables such as {{ order.name }} and {{ location.name }}.
  4. Save your changes.
