Notifications Overview (Email & SMS)
Keep your customers informed with Alpaca’s automated email and SMS notifications. Notifications are sent at key points—like when an order is confirmed, packed, ready for pickup, out for delivery, or fulfilled.
Types of notifications:
- Order confirmations
- Scheduling reminders
- Pickup or delivery ready alerts
- Missed pickup or delivery
- Rescheduling notifications
Delivery methods:
- Email: Sent using your branded templates.
- SMS: Quick text notifications (if enabled on your plan).
Where to manage notifications:
- Go to Settings → Notifications in the Alpaca dashboard.
- Enable or disable each template, edit content, and choose your preferred delivery method.
