Personalize your customer communications by editing notification templates in Alpaca.
How to Customize
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Click on any notification type (e.g., Pickup Confirmation, Out for Delivery).
- Edit the subject line and message content.
- You can use dynamic variables (like customer name, order number, pickup time).
- Templates support basic formatting and variables such as
{{ order.name }}and{{ location.name }}.
- Save your changes.
