Branding Notifications
Make your notifications match your brand for a seamless customer experience.
Email Branding
- Logo: Add your store logo to emails.
- Colors: Choose accent and link colors to match your website.
- Fonts: Select custom fonts for headings and body text.
- Header and Footer: Personalize with your store’s contact info or policies.
How to brand your notifications:
- Go to Settings → Notifications in Alpaca.
- Find the branding section or “Edit Branding” button.
- Upload your logo and choose colors/fonts.
- Save changes and preview an email.
SMS Branding
- SMS messages are text-only and cannot include images or advanced formatting.
- Keep SMS clear and direct; always include store name in your message content if needed.
Tip:
Branded emails require the Branded Notifications feature on your plan.
