Rescheduling & Cancelling Orders
Easily manage customer requests to reschedule or cancel their orders.
Rescheduling
- Find the order in your dashboard.
- Click into the order details.
- Select Reschedule (pickup or delivery).
- Choose a new available date and timeslot.
- Save changes. The customer will be notified automatically.
Cancelling
- Click into the order and choose Cancel Order.
- Confirm the cancellation. The order will be updated and the customer notified.
- Cancelled orders remain in your records for future reference.
Tips:
- Only available timeslots will be shown for rescheduling.
- You can also mark an order as “Missed Fulfillment” if the customer didn’t show up or the delivery failed.
