Rescheduling & Cancelling Orders

Easily manage customer requests to reschedule or cancel their orders.

Rescheduling

  1. Find the order in your dashboard.
  2. Click into the order details.
  3. Select Reschedule (pickup or delivery).
  4. Choose a new available date and timeslot.
  5. Save changes. The customer will be notified automatically.

Cancelling

  • Click into the order and choose Cancel Order.
  • Confirm the cancellation. The order will be updated and the customer notified.
  • Cancelled orders remain in your records for future reference.

Tips:

  • Only available timeslots will be shown for rescheduling.
  • You can also mark an order as “Missed Fulfillment” if the customer didn’t show up or the delivery failed.
