Updating Order Statuses
Keep orders moving by updating their status as you process them.
Common statuses:
- New: Order placed, not yet prepared
- Packed: Items are packed and ready for pickup or delivery
- Out for Delivery: Driver has left to deliver the order
- Fulfilled: Order is picked up or delivered
- Missed Fulfillment: Customer missed pickup or delivery failed
How to update:
- Click into the order you want to update.
- Choose the new status from the available options (the list depends on the current status and fulfillment type).
- Optionally send a notification to the customer (email or SMS).
Bulk updating:
- Select multiple orders from the dashboard
- Use “Update Status” to set all selected orders to the desired status

Automated notifications can be sent whenever status changes—customize these in Notifications.
