Updating Order Statuses

Keep orders moving by updating their status as you process them.

Common statuses:

  • New: Order placed, not yet prepared
  • Packed: Items are packed and ready for pickup or delivery
  • Out for Delivery: Driver has left to deliver the order
  • Fulfilled: Order is picked up or delivered
  • Missed Fulfillment: Customer missed pickup or delivery failed

How to update:

  1. Click into the order you want to update.
  2. Choose the new status from the available options (the list depends on the current status and fulfillment type).
  3. Optionally send a notification to the customer (email or SMS).

Bulk updating:

  • Select multiple orders from the dashboard
  • Use “Update Status” to set all selected orders to the desired status

Automated notifications can be sent whenever status changes—customize these in Notifications.
