Connecting Locations

Alpaca automatically imports your active locations from Shopify. You can manage which locations offer pickup, delivery, or shipping.

How to Manage Locations

  1. Go to Locations in Alpaca

    • In the Alpaca dashboard, navigate to Locations.
    • You’ll see a list of all Shopify locations connected to your store.
  2. Enable or disable features per location

    • Use the toggles to enable Pickup, Local Delivery, or Shipping for each location.
    • You can also add new locations directly in Shopify and Alpaca will sync them automatically.
  3. Edit location details

    • Click a location name to edit address, contact info, or custom instructions.
    • Set location-specific settings such as minimum order amounts or special pickup notes.
  4. Import or export locations

    • Need to update many locations? Use the import/export tools for bulk editing.

Notes

  • Location limits may apply based on your Alpaca subscription plan.
  • Each location can have its own schedules and rates.

Location not showing up?

  • Make sure the location is active in your Shopify admin.
  • Try re-syncing or refreshing the Alpaca dashboard.
