Filtering by Order Type

Easily find the orders you want to work on using filters in Alpaca’s Orders dashboard.

How to filter:

• Use the tabs at the top of the dashboard to show only Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping orders.
• Use the search bar to filter by customer name, order number, or location.
• Apply filters for order status: New, Packed, Fulfilled, Out for Delivery, Missed Fulfillment, and more.

Custom Views:

• Save frequently used filter combinations as custom views for fast access.
• Edit or remove custom views at any time.

Why filter?

• Focus on what needs attention now (e.g., today’s pickups)
• Find missed or overdue orders quickly
