How Local Delivery Works

With Alpaca’s local delivery feature, customers can select “Local Delivery” at checkout and schedule a convenient time for their order to arrive.

What customers experience:

  1. Select Local Delivery
    On your cart page or at checkout, customers pick "Local Delivery" as their method.

  2. Enter Delivery Address
    Customers provide their address. Alpaca checks if the address is within your delivery zones.

  3. Schedule Delivery
    Customers see available dates and times based on your delivery schedules.

  4. Order Confirmation
    After placing the order, customers receive a confirmation (email or SMS) with their delivery details.

  5. Get Order Delivered
    On the chosen day and time, your team delivers the order.

You control:

  • Delivery zones (by distance or postal code)
  • Available timeslots
  • Rates and minimum order amounts
  • Automated customer notifications
