Customizing Pickup Instructions
Personalize the pickup experience by adding custom instructions for each location. These instructions will appear to customers at checkout and in their confirmation emails.
How to Add/Edit Pickup Instructions
- Go to the Locations page in Alpaca.
- Click the name of the location you want to edit.
- Find the Pickup Instructions field.
- Enter your message (e.g., “Call us when you arrive. Park in the curbside zone.”).
- Save changes.
Where instructions appear:
- On the customer’s checkout page
- In order confirmation and reminder notifications (if enabled)
Tips
- Include any information about where to park, what to bring, or your store’s pickup procedures.
- You can use different instructions for each location.
