Location Notifications

Send order notifications directly to your store locations, so staff know when a new pickup or delivery is scheduled.

Note: Location notifications are available only on selected Alpaca plans. If you do not see this feature in your Notifications settings, contact [email protected].

What You Can Do

  • Send automated emails to the location’s staff when a new order is placed
  • Customize notification content per location

How to Set Up

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Enable location notifications
  3. Add or edit recipient emails for each location
  4. Customize the template if needed

Keep your staff informed and reduce missed or late orders.
