Location Notifications
Send order notifications directly to your store locations, so staff know when a new pickup or delivery is scheduled.
Note: Location notifications are available only on selected Alpaca plans. If you do not see this feature in your Notifications settings, contact [email protected].
What You Can Do
- Send automated emails to the location’s staff when a new order is placed
- Customize notification content per location
How to Set Up
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Enable location notifications
- Add or edit recipient emails for each location
- Customize the template if needed
