Alpaca’s Driver Accounts and Delivery Routes let you assign local delivery orders to specific drivers and plan optimized delivery routes.

These features are only available on eligible Alpaca plans. If you don’t see the Deliveries or Routes options, please contact Alpaca Support to learn more.
What You Can Do
Create driver accounts so staff or contractors can access their assigned deliveries
Group delivery orders into routes by date and location
Optimize stop order for efficient delivery
Track order status as drivers mark stops complete
How to Use
Go to the Deliveries tab in Alpaca (if enabled)
Select orders to include in a route
Click Create Delivery Route
Assign the route to a driver
Drivers can log in, view their stops, and update order statuses as they complete deliveries
Tip:
Driver accounts let you grant limited dashboard access to delivery staff. You control which locations and routes they see.
