Personalize the pickup experience by adding custom instructions for each location. These instructions will appear to customers at checkout and in their confirmation emails.
How to Add/Edit Pickup Instructions
Go to the Locations page in Alpaca.
Click the name of the location you want to edit.
Find the Pickup Instructions field.
Enter your message (e.g., “Call us when you arrive. Park in the curbside zone.”).
Save changes.
Where instructions appear:
On the customer’s checkout page
In order confirmation and reminder notifications (if enabled)
Tips
Include any information about where to park, what to bring, or your store’s pickup procedures.
